Purpose of role To work with the franchise owner and Senior Management Team (SMT) to build the local Bluebird Care brand and drive the growth of the business. This role is instrumental to the success of our company. The digital marketing executive is directly accountable to the franchise owner(s). Key responsibilities To develop and lead the digital marketing and marketing strategy across all stakeholders. The digital marketing executive has a key influence on how people see our brand. This varied role requires excellent digital marketing skills, great planning and organisational ability, creative talent and marketing experience. The customer and staff story will be key to the marketing strategy. Duties Work with the franchise owner to develop the marketing strategy in line with our customer and employer brand, with big emphasis on the digital marketing strategy and lead on its implementation Work with Franchise owner and SMT to develop whole customer and staff experience pipeline and be accountable for the process Analysis and Report on analytics around all social and digital marketing monthly Prepare copy for all digital marketing, PR and advertisement activities Ensure all 3rd party Marketing sites are up to date and current Research and produce company leaflets and brochures that are easily accessible to people with a range of communication needs. Liaise with designers and printers and arrange distribution Establish relationships with the local media to positively raise the profile of the company Liaise with SMT team to organise feedback and PR events such as specialist care themed initiatives, summer events programme, customer/ family forums, charitable events Manage photography, photoshoots and interviews for PR purposes Manage the business microsite/s in line with brand guidelines, creating up to date content that is accessible Manage the digital marketing campaigns, blog strategy across all social media platforms, SEO optimization and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing Use social media as a promotional and business tool in line with brand guidelines. Provide advice to the Bluebird Care team on best practice for the commercial use of social media channels such as 'Twitter' and 'Facebook' Work with SMT to ensure that we develop the Employer brand and messaging Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Be prepared to work flexibly as part of the Bluebird Care team Ensure all external and internal review channels have excellent feedback and overall scores Design and ensure that Newsletters and Bulletins are prepared and distributed timely Promote the growth and development of the business. Work with the franchise owner to achieve key performance targets and deliver within budget Work with HR team to ensure that digitalise contracts are correct and up to date To ensure that the roles KPI's are met and support business and team in overall business KPI's Prepare monthly and timely reports ready for the Managing Director to attend Board meetings, containing a summary and statistics of success/not so successful outcomes relating to all activity.
