Purpose of Role Teckentrup UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator on a part-time basis working in our Warrington & Irlam offices. Assist with accounts administration for both companies. The post holder will demonstrate high levels of professionalism at all times, covering but not limited to appearance, written and verbal communications and speed of response to queries and requests Key Accountabilities Ø Uniform ordering for both business units Ø Company credit card administration Ø Weekly custom clearance submissions Ø Processing purchase invoices Ø Processing employee expenses Ø Update monthly Environmental usage tracker Ø Provide holiday cover for the finance team Ø Assisting with annual stock take administration Ø Assist with other accounting duties as required Ø Payroll administration – collating information for submission to payroll bureau Dimensions of Role Ø Ability to work in faced paced environment Ø Proactive mindset Ø Willing learner / curious about systems and processes Ø Attention to detail with strong numeracy, verbal, and written communication skills Ø Ensuring all activities are completed accurately and efficiently Ø Confident in using multiple bespoke software systems Ø Ability to perform well both individually and as part of a team Ø Maintain confidentiality in all areas of work Ø Representing the Company behaviours of Customer Focus, Delivery, Teamwork & Communication, Resilience & Courage, Common Sense and Technical Capability.
