We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive member to join our team in Ibis Cambridge Central Station Hotel.
Duties
Managing the phone calls and dealing with all incoming email enquiries accordingly
Support with group bookings meeting room bookings and individual guests enquiries
Complete and maintain any daily activity reports or other reports requested by management
Process payments authorizations and corporate booking
Control all Front Office and Food & Beverage invoices orders and financial accounts
