Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate individuals' needs.
Develop and implement personalized care plans based on assessment findings.
Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide seamless support to clients.
Advocate for clients' rights and ensure their voices are heard in care decisions.
Facilitate crisis intervention and emergency assessments as required.
Monitor and review clients' progress on a regular basis, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
Provide education and support to families and caregivers regarding mental health issues.
Requirements
Must be a qualified Approved Mental Health Professional, registered with the appropriate professional body.
Demonstrable experience in mental health assessment and intervention.
Strong understanding of mental health legislation and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Capability to manage complex cases and provide effective crisis intervention.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development in the field of mental health.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £19.85
