Customer Response Unit
We are looking for a friendly, values-driven, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual to join the team, to support our colleagues and help us deliver a consistently high-quality frontline Housing and Property Management service, to all customers of the Association, in accordance with appropriate organisational policies and procedures.

Location: Grampian Housing Association, Aberdeen Office.
Salary: £28,640 - £31,823 (maximum entry point £29,912, depending on qualifications & experience)
Contract Type: Full time (35 hours), 1 Year Fixed Term
