Role: Pharmacist Banding: Band 7 Location: Cardiff Start Date: 29/07/2024 End Date: 01/09/2024 Working Pattern: Full-time Shift Pattern: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Rate: £28 - £34 per hour About the role: The Pharmacy team at Pulse is looking for a committed and skilled Band 6 or 7 Pharmacist to enhance our team. This temporary position is available from 29th July 2024 to 1st September 2024, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role offers an excellent chance for a proficient professional to make a significant impact on our pharmacy services. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care through effective collaboration and teamwork. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards. Dispense medications accurately and efficiently. Counsel patients on the proper use of their medications. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Up to date GPhC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. Hospital experience as a pharmacist. Desirable: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
