My client, a well-established and expanding multi-site firm, is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its new office in Solihull.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and work alongside an experienced fee earner, providing crucial support throughout the conveyancing process.
The Role
* Opening new files and ensuring all initial documentation is in place
* Preparing and sending contract packs to clients
* Undertaking searches and assisting in drafting reports
* Providing administrative support throughout the transaction lifecycle
* Assisting with post-completion duties, with prior experience in this area being advantageous
You
You will have prior experience in a similar role within a conveyancing department. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. A proactive approach and a desire to progress within the firm will be highly valued.
