This role will act as a true finance business partner in their commercial finance team. You will be responsible for making proposals and suggesting strategic ideas based on your analysis. In addition, you will contribute to system developments with a strong focus on IT integration.

What will the Commercial Finance Analyst role involve?
BI and Reporting Development:
1. Design and improve BI and reporting systems to support financial and operational decision-making;
2. Develop and maintain meaningful financial reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders;
3. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting platforms.
Financial Analysis and Insights:
1. Analyse financial trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth;
2. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making;
3. Prepare and present clear and concise reports and analyses to management and other stakeholders.
Proposals and Strategic Ideas:
1. Develop and present proposals and ideas based on analytical findings and trends;
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved strategies and initiatives.
System Development and Integration:
1. Participate in system developments and enhancements, with a focus on integrating IT solutions into finance processes;
2. Test, evaluate, and provide feedback on system changes to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
Asset Management:
1. Oversee asset management activities, including tracking, valuation, and reporting;
2. Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Suitable Candidate for the Commercial Finance Analyst vacancy:
1. Proven experience as a finance analyst or similar role, with a strong emphasis on BI and reporting development;
2. Must be Qualified or a couple of exams remaining;
3. Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (Preferable);
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
5. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
