Job Summary:
To support the division on a rotational basis, contributing to the overall success of the business through the provision of efficient and effective administrative support.
What will I be responsible for:
1. Perform general administration tasks, including filing within the division.
2. Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties within the Division, such as reception cover, as and when required.
Personal Characteristics:
1. Experience of working in a secretarial/admin role.
2. Proficient with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English.
3. Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills.
4. Team player, supportive of colleagues.
5. Professional and pleasant manner.
6. Excellent telephone skills.
