We are currently recruiting full, or part-time paediatric Nurses who wish to build on their existing experience and skills to join us in this challenging but rewarding speciality. Piam Brown Unit is the Principal Treatment Centre for Paediatric Oncology in the South of England caring for patients aged 0 - 16. Within this unit we have both inpatient and outpatient care. By rotating between both areas, you will be able to gain experience and develop essential skills across the speciality. We care for patients who have been diagnosed with cancer who require Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (chemotherapy) from birth up to 16 years old. Our region covers Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Wight. We have 12 Paediatric Oncology Shared Care Units (POSCUs) throughout the region.
