Key Responsibilities:
· Handle client enquiries via phone and email.
· Promote the company and services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Schedule appointments and manage booking systems.
· Keep records up-to-date and accurate.
· Co-ordinate and collaborate with various organisations and professionals in the community and healthcare sector.
· Provide secretarial support for designated consultants.
Skills & Qualities Needed:
· Confident telephone skills and the ability to promote services.
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
· A background in sales or customer service is highly beneficial.
· Personable, friendly, and professional attitude.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
· Good literacy, numeracy, and organisational skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
· Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative.
· Knowledge of medical or psychology terminology is a bonus.
