We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead to drive our procurement and supplier management strategies for a high-profile organisation.
As the Commercial Management Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end commercial lifecycle of IT contracts.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective supplier management, strategic procurement, and the realisation of value for money across multi-million-pound contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the Commercial Management team to deliver exceptional IT and digital solutions.
* Overseeing contract negotiations, variations, and supplier performance to meet organisational goals.
* Developing and implementing procurement strategies, ensuring legal compliance and cost-effectiveness.
* Managing relationships with key suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management.
* Evaluating contract performance, driving innovation, and ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals.
Requirements:
* A background in commercial management, procurement, and supplier management.
* Experience managing high-value contracts (over £10m) and a multi-supplier environment.
* Proven leadership skills, including managing teams and overseeing performance.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience at senior levels.
* A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; CIPS/IACCM qualifications desirable.
