We have the opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor to join the team and support the firm with attracting qualified lawyers and business service professionals. You'll act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and hiring managers across the firm, providing insights to the market and guidance through the recruitment process. You'll take a proactive approach to sourcing talent, ensuring candidates have a positive experience regardless of the outcome. As a Resourcing Advisor you will: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for vacancies across the firm's legal and business service departments, focusing on proactive, direct sourcing. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders throughout the firm, delivering on current and future resourcing requirements. Influence internal stakeholders with recruitment advice and develop training resources as required. Maintain up to date with sector insights to proactively source top talent utilising a variety of sources, including LinkedIn recruiter. Develop detailed sector specific market maps, and proactively engage with active and passive candidates. Manage applications via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring timely communication and feedback. Screen candidates and arrange interviews, managing the interview feedback process. Develop brand awareness (firm-wide and sector specific) through actively engaging and posting on LinkedIn, developing engaging collateral and advocating our EVP. Provide an excellent candidate experience, in line with the firm's values and commitment to D&I, regardless of the outcome. Deliver reports on recruitment activity and relevant metrics. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and take the lead on delivering recruitment related projects within the resourcing and wider People and Culture team. Have an active involvement with Early Careers recruitment when required, for example assessing and interviewing candidates. We are looking for: Demonstrable experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a legal or professional services environment. Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to Excellent verbal and written communication, with a professional and confident approach to influencing at all levels Passionate about providing an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience. A good working knowledge of IT packages (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Some of our benefits include: Salary reflective of your experience.
