Salary: £90 - £100 Per Day
We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team at a thriving primary school in the NG15 area. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in their learning and development across all areas of the curriculum.
About the Role:
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning within the classroom, working closely with class teachers to provide high-quality education and care. The role may include supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), so experience or a strong interest in this area would be highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional learning needs
* Assist in the delivery of engaging lessons and activities
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom
* Support the development of children’s social, emotional, and academic progress
* Work closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to implement individual support plans
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience working in a primary school setting
* A compassionate and patient approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
