You will join our Surgical Dietetics Team of 5 Surgical Dietitians, a Nutrition ACP and a Dietetic Support Worker. You will be involved in delivering group education sessions and 1:1 dietetic consultations to patients as part of the 'Prepare to Recover' programme. This programme is delivered in community-based settings. Your caseload will include orthopaedic patients and other high risk surgical patients. The post will also include some inpatient work. In addition to clinical work, an important part of this new role is leading on developing and evaluating the dietetic provision to the prehabilitation programme, resulting in new and innovative ways of working.
