* Support the development of solutions by working closely with businesses and suppliers, and be able to communicate with IT developers, final users, and management.
* Support functional tests and user acceptance tests. Share best practices, lessons learned and work on continuous improvement of methods and tools.
* Prioritise workload and balance/escalate conflicting demands to ensure agreed deadlines are achieved.
* Develop effective working relationships with the business to assist in the delivery of projects ensuring service continues to meet customer satisfaction.
* Conduct peer reviews of project documentation that may be produced within the team to ensure consistent approach and quality.
Minimum of 7-10 years experience as a business analyst.
* Experience in PEGA projects is strongly preferred.
* Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving skills.
* Experience in working on complex projects in multi-vendor environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
* Experience with business requirements gathering/analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and change management.
* Must have worked in all phases of SDLC using an Agile/Scrum methodology.
* Analyse and translate business requirements into user stories, and be an interface between business functions and IT teams.
* Lead Requirement workshops, and formalize and validate business requirements, processes, and solutions keeping the Product in mind.
