As a Junior Influencer Outreach Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, reaching out to, and maintaining relationships with influencers that align with our brand goals. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and top influencers across diverse categories, contributing to the growth of brand awareness and driving engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Influencer Research & Relationship Management
1. Identify relevant influencers across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) based on client, target audience, industry, and campaign objectives
2. Build end-to-end influencer relationships, including outreach, negotiation, and long-term nurturing
3. Handle day-to-day communications with influencers, ensuring expectations are met and campaigns run smoothly
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers to keep strategies fresh and effective
5. Draft and send outreach communications to influencers
6. Coordinate and manage influencer onboarding, including contract signing and briefings
Campaign Support
1. Assist in creating and distributing campaign briefs to influencers and UGC creators
2. Maintain an up-to-date database of influencer contacts and performance history
3. Monitor influencer deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign goals and deadlines
4. Track and record campaign progress and performance metrics
5. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align influencer strategies with broader campaign goals
Reporting and Analysis
1. Support in tracking influencer campaign performance, analyzing KPIs such as engagement, reach, and conversion
2. Assist in generating regular performance reports (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), providing insights on influencer collaborations and their impact on business objectives
3. Monitor key influencer program hygiene, ensuring that all links, offers, and reporting metrics are up to date and accurate
4. Prepare post-campaign performance reports, summarizing key insights, ROI, and opportunities for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
1. Experience working in an agency environment would be a benefit; some previous experience in customer service, PR, admin, or content creation
2. Strong interest in influencers, social media, and digital marketing
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a fast-paced environment
5. Creative and enthusiastic mindset with the ability to think outside the box
6. Can-do attitude and willing to go above and beyond to deliver on objectives
7. Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
8. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides; familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
1. GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
