HR Administrator
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the HR Manager with all aspects of HR operations from talent attraction to employee relations, overseeing the full employee lifecycle.
HR Administrator
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Preparing job descriptions and advertisements.
2. Manage sponsorship applications and right to work checks.
3. Drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts.
4. Managing employee files to ensure the required paperwork for new employees is complete.
5. Use HR software to report absences and provide other relevant reports.
6. Monitoring performance review completion and reporting delays
