Lead Generator / Business Development Executive Hybrid/Borehamwood Permanent £30k-£35k, DOE
Leading IT Consultancy with offices in the UK and Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland) is looking to recruit a permanent Lead Generator / Business Development Executive. We deliver a range of services including IT Consultancy, Software Project Development, and Infrastructure/Application Support for clients across various sectors such as Insurance, Banking, Pharma, Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Logistics & Leasing, Publishing, and Charities (including UN organizations).
The role involves targeting the UK and European markets for our internal sales efforts. It is based 2 days per week in our offices (Horsham / Borehamwood) with occasional travel to our Netherlands office.
As part of an Employee Ownership Trust, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the company's future vision and share in the profits after a qualifying period.
Key Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in lead generation, business development, or sales within a service-based company (mandatory)
* Multilingual: fluent in English and French (ideally English, French, and Dutch) (mandatory)
* Experience in administrating, reporting, and tracking activities
* Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and assisting with mailing campaigns including content creation
* Experience in creating target lists
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
* Team player with personable skills
* Ambitious and goal-oriented
