Hamilton Hunter Group are currently hiring a venue manager to run our award-winning venue Slay.
In this role, you will be responsible for the running of the business on a day-to-day basis, working closely with and reporting to the owner. Our venue manager's hours vary depending on the business needs.
Previous experience in a similar role is required, and a Personal Licence is a must.

Overview:
Slay is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to all visitors.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
* Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
* Collaborate with event promoters to ensure seamless execution of events.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in venue management.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in hospitality or event management is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and communication purposes.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to venue operations.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
