Reception Manager - Responsibilities
* Staff Welfare & Development: Ensure the well-being of all reception staff by conducting appraisals and coffee chats, creating rotas, and providing training.
* Meeting Attendance: Participate in HOD, BEO, and Finance meetings and stay informed about monthly revenue budgets and targets.
* Guest Satisfaction: Be passionate and confident in ensuring the well-being, satisfaction, and comfort of all guests by delivering highly personalized service.
* Team Collaboration: We believe in fostering strong relationships with colleagues, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility to solve problems and answer queries. You'll be an integral part of our team, working together to ensure the best possible guest experience.

* Technical Proficiency: You must have a thorough understanding of all Front Office equipment, including Opera, Outlook, Word, and Email.

* Restaurant Reservations: Efficiently handle restaurant reservations, including availability, prices, and restrictions, in the absence of the restaurant manager.
* Feedback & Maintenance: Record and follow up on comments of appreciation, suggestions, and maintenance points with integrity.
* Policy Adherence: Understand and adhere to current hotel and spa policies and procedures.
* Financial Responsibility: You are responsible for the monies in your care, ensuring their security and proper handling during cashiering shifts and the Main Safe.
