Fixed term contract - temporary Part time - 17.5 hours per week The opportunity: The Campus Logistics Officer acts as a central figure in the coordination of logistical aspects of campus operations, procurement, and facility management. This role is essential for maintaining continuity and operational efficiency during periods of significant change, such as our capital project and subsequent campus reorganisations. The position involves detailed coordination of procurement processes, operations management, project support, and facility logistics to ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to safety standards. This post is part-time (17.5 hours per week) for a 12-month period starting on the 5 th of May 2025. This job is based on-campus. The salary for this post is £33,882 to £39,105 per annum (pro rata). Your skills and attributes for success: Experience of building / facilities management, including move and logistical management. Experience of working independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances as well as planning own workload and priorities to ensure effective service delivery. Excellent organisational skills, numeracy, written and oral communication including report preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a rigorous attention to detail are prerequisites. Experience managing complex logistical changes in educational or large campus environments. £33,882 to £39,105 per annum (pro-rata) (Grade 6)
