Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Salary: Up to £26,000 37.5 hours per week As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education for young children in a nursery setting. You will have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge to support the development and well-being of children in your care, creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. Career Progression Path As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will start by providing hands-on care and education to children. As you gain experience and expertise, you can advance to the roles of Senior Practitioner, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, and ultimately Manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a nursery setting. There is also opportunity to develop your qualification and do further training and studies.
