About the Role:
You will be working remotely, but within commutable distance of Uxbridge Head Office to attend regular meetings and lead the team. Reporting into our Head of Ecommerce, Digital and Brand, your responsibilities will include:
1. Executing brand strategy and driving brand awareness and growth.
2. Overseeing development and publication of all brand content, press releases, and creative materials ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice.
3. Developing and executing marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message. Measure and report on success of campaigns.
4. Building new relationships with influencers, journalists, and media outlets whilst maintaining and growing the brand’s current affiliations and partnerships.
You will be a competent, proactive, and self-motivated person. You will have a positive attitude and engage well with other people.
To be successful in the role of Brand Manager at Curvy Kate and Brastop, you will have the following qualifications/experience:
1. 4-5 years+ experience in a brand marketing role, preferably within the fashion industry.
2. Experience in executing brand strategy and driving brand growth.
3. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns. Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
4. Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver business objectives.
5. A passion for brand storytelling with a creative flair and mindset and a history of executing engaging brand communications.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
7. Excellent project management skills.
8. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be eager to deliver the best possible experience to our customers.
