Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting Two Assistant Butchery Managers on a permanent basis. The vacancies are within a Prestigious Butchery Company based in Horsham to work across two locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the butchery industry, have a passion for customer care along with experience in either a supervisory or management role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the highest quality customer service and attention to detail when handling products.
2. Prepare customers' specific requests with cuts of fresh meat.
3. Handle, prepare and display specialist cuts and offers.
4. Work as part of a team to ensure standards are kept high at all times.
5. Follow and adhere to company policies and Food Hygiene guidelines and requirements.
6. Oversee the management of the shop floor.
7. Take payments and process transactions; experience would be beneficial.
8. Maintain and process stock orders.
9. Delegate daily tasks to team members.
Please note a full driving license is required as driving will be involved across both branches.
