Partner Engagement/Commercial Manager
We are seeking a Client Engagement Representative to join our dynamic team, to help develop and nurture existing relationships and coordinate activity across the business.
This role is responsible for developing meaningful partner relationships that will enable growth and clients for life. The role will also identify and leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build on and develop existing client relationships, understanding the scheme-based partnerships that are in place with the business and how they operate.
2. Identify growth opportunities and help provide solutions to meet the diverse and evolving needs of the client.
3. Leverage company-wide resources to address client satisfaction, growth, renewal, risk, or opportunity.
4. Offer development/cross-selling opportunities to existing partners to facilitate growth.
5. Maintain existing introducer and partner relationships within Morton Michel, depending on type.
6. Provide support across the wider business to ensure successful conversion of opportunities.
7. Be a key member of our events team, delivering workshops, presentations, networking, and engaging with attendees, exhibitors, and partners.
8. Work collaboratively with our Compliance and Agency teams to ensure all regulatory components of relationship management are achieved.
9. Develop and implement strategies to enhance lead generation, opportunity conversion, and penetration rates.
10. Resolve incidents promptly and implement improvements based on incident analysis.
11. Identify opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
