We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join the Faculty of Engineering and Design About the role You will be a first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the Department Hub and you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver an excellent level of customer service. Providing administrative support for designated areas of work within departments is a key aspect of the role, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Department Hub and providing advice, support and information. This may include committee work, updating of web pages, reception, enquiry management and data management/processing support to the Department Coordinators.
