Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available (08:30 - 15:30)
Salary: £110 - £130 per day

Key Responsibilities:
1. Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one assistance to pupils with SEN, ensuring their well-being and promoting their educational progress.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
3. Adaptability: Be flexible and responsive to the varying needs of pupils, celebrating their unique achievements.
4. Promote Independence: Encourage social skills development and foster independence in daily activities.
Requirements:
5. Teaching Qualification: Possess a recognized teaching qualification
6. Experience: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
7. Empathy: Approach each child with patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
8. Team Player: Strongmunication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
