Over the last year, we’ve tripled in size, and we’re ambitious about continuing this growth trajectory. We’re looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Manager to help us grow our brand within the school travel industry, increase lead generation, expand our database, and drive sales. Role Summary: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing TCBC's marketing strategy. This is an exciting UK-based opportunity for a self-motivated individual to make a significant impact in a fast-growing company. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, from lead generation to content creation, social media management, and event promotions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new leads and expand our customer base. Email Campaigns: Plan, execute, and manage regular email campaigns to engage and inform our audience, reporting on performance and engagement metrics. Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and Instagram. Content Creation: Write engaging blogs, source images, and develop compelling content to effectively promote our brand. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and promotional materials, including the website, align with TCBC's branding and messaging. SEO Management: Optimise website content and implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic traffic. Copywriting & Graphic Design: Create engaging copy and design materials for email marketing, brochures, and other promotional assets. Promotional Opportunities: Identify and leverage promotional opportunities and partnerships to enhance brand visibility. Event Participation: Represent TCBC at exhibitions and events, actively promoting our services in person. Performance Reporting: Analyse marketing activities and provide insights to inform future strategies. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital channels. Exceptional copywriting skills and a creative eye for design. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and content management systems. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with analytics tools. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently. A proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and meeting targets. Experience in the travel or education sector is a bonus but not essential. Fluency in English, with additional languages beneficial Be a part of the on call team on a rota basis when tours are active Must be based in the UK and able to travel when needed What We Offer: Flexible, remote working arrangement.
