As an Administrative Assistant you will support a small and dedicated team as they plan and operate specialist tours. You will also support the wider business with office tasks such as post and team events. Being highly organised and have great attention to detail is essential for this role. The role: Administrative support to a team of Sales Executives Updating the CRM with client details and booking information Assisting in the research and the setting up of tours Produce marketing materials using InDesign Update the website and social media accounts Answer the office door and welcome guests Distribution of the office post Assist other teams as and when requires You will have: Excellent administrative skills with a high attention to detail Great communication skills both verbal and written Proficient in using the Microsoft suite: Outlook, Word and Excel Experience of InDesign and a CRM system desirable A second language desirable Additional Information: £26,000 - £30,000 Monday to Friday Office based in West London If you're looking for a role in the travel industry and are highly organised with amazing attention to detail, this could be the role for you.
