Responsibilities
Develop and manage repair schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to assess repair needs and prioritize actions based on urgency.
Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential repair issues.
Monitor the progress of ongoing repairs and adjust plans accordingly to meet operational demands.
Maintain accurate records of repair activities, including timelines, costs, and resource utilization.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on repair status and any emerging challenges.
Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and materials for repairs.
Requirements
Proven experience in repair planning or maintenance management within an operational environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for improving repair processes.
A solid understanding of maintenance management systems and tools.
Technical knowledge of equipment and machinery relevant to the industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
