Alternative Provision Manager, Term Time Plus 10 Additional Days, Monday - Friday, 37 Hours Per Week
Scale 27, Actual annual salary £31,715.00 p.a.
Trinity Academy are looking to appoint an Alternative Provision Manager to join our dedicated team of staff to manage our brand-new provision.
The Alternative Provision Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of Cornerstone and AP, facilitating effective group and individual teaching, and learning programmes.
You will be expected to create a positive learning environment for all students accessing the provision with the aim of reducing the number of fixed term exclusions within the centre cohort. You will manage student’s challenging behaviour with a view to working with Academy staff to facilitate students’ reintegration into the Academy.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to demonstrate their ability to shape and grow this new development in the Academy’s journey to delivering a good quality education for the young people in our community.
The post holder will provide support to vulnerable students as well as implementing clearly articulated policies and procedures that ensure all students succeed and thrive.
