Role Overview
As an EFL Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and interactive English lessons to international students. Alongside your teaching duties, you’ll also provide pastoral care, support on-site activities, and assist with excursions. You’ll play an integral role in delivering a truly immersive English-learning experience for our young learners.
Camp Locations & Dates
• Oxford: 2nd July – 13th August 2025, International House Oxford, St Edward’s School
• Frensham: 9th July – 13th August, International House Frensham, Frensham Heights School (8-17 year olds)
• London: 2nd July – 6th August, International House London (12-17 year olds)
• Tavistock: 9th July – 20th August, International House Tavistock, Mount Kelly School (12-17 year olds)
Key Responsibilities
• Lesson Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons using a communicative approach.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, focused learning environment.
• Pastoral Support: Provide guidance to students and assist with on-site activities and excursions.
• Admin: Maintain attendance records, participate in meetings, and contribute to professional development.
Essential Requirements
• Degree or equivalent qualification
• CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent
• Experience teaching young learners
• Strong classroom management skills
Desirable:
• YL extension to CELTA, Trinity DipTESOL, or Cambridge DELTA
• Experience with mixed-nationality groups
