HR Systems Analyst – 24 month FTC

My client, a top tier, award-winning law firm with an unrivalled knowledge of communications and technology law, is recruiting for a motivated HR Systems Analyst on a 24 month FTC basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking law firm.
The HR Systems Analyst will work closely with the Head of HR Operations, HR Operations Manager, and the wider HR team, as well as key stakeholders across the firm. The role involves managing and supporting HR Systems and Data requests, various Systems projects, process improvements, and stakeholder management.
The key duties will include:
1. Support the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, onboarding, and additional modules in line with the wider project.
2. Support integration activities between HR and wider systems.
3. Lead on designing and developing a suite of standard reports and dashboards in line with the needs of the business, utilizing SuccessFactors and other reporting software (i.e., Power BI).
4. Work on data migration activities, focusing on identifying and resolving data quality issues.
5. Devise and deliver plans to decommission legacy HR systems, including Cascade.
6. Identify opportunities to further utilize technology to improve efficiencies.
7. Support in designing and documenting HR processes.
The HR Systems Analyst will have previous experience within Data, Reporting, and HR Systems, ideally within Legal or wider professional services, and have knowledge of SuccessFactors and Power BI. They will possess a core understanding of HR Systems and Data trends and will have exceptional communication skills. The right candidate will be a collaborative and motivated individual who can engage and work well with others. They must be able to influence stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
