She excels in her role but works differently from most, preferring paper-based systems over technology. As a result, she requires a Personal Assistant who is not only highly organised but also extremely patient, adaptable and understanding of her unique working style. This position is ideal for an experienced PA who is comfortable wearing many hats and juggling multiple projects simultaneously. Work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm from Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Fridays (8:30am to 4:30pm) We offer a competitive salary ranging from £28k - £30k depending on your experience and look forward to discussing this with you during the interview process. What You’ll Be Doing Given the CEO's limited availability, you will typically meet with her at a specific time each day to run through the daily tasks. You will then work independently, using your initiative to complete these tasks efficiently. You will be instrumental in driving the business forward by ensuring that all meetings and appointments are on track. This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work effectively under pressure. Supporting the CEO in Both Business and Personal Matters: Providing support on both business and personal matters, split between arranging the personal calendar, business events and ad hoc tasks and handling business emails, supplier contacts and interactions with the management team. Inbox and Diary Management: Managing the CEO’s inbox and multiple diaries, including scheduling meetings (as per CEO’s authorisation) and preparing necessary documents or presentations. Email and Mail Folder Management: Organising emails and managing mail folders. Liaising on Behalf of the CEO: Liaising with external suppliers and internal departments on behalf of the CEO. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Arranging travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries. Meeting Room and Virtual Call Management: Booking meeting rooms and setting up virtual meetings (Zoom/Teams). Managing CEO’s LinkedIn Account: Overseeing the CEO’s LinkedIn account, responding to inquiries as needed. Attending Meetings and Minute Taking: Attending meetings and taking minutes when required. Breakfast and Lunch Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of meals for the CEO, including simple breakfast and lunches. Handling Confidential Information: Handling confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion. General Assistance: Providing general assistance to the CEO and her family, including scheduling personal appointments and managing correspondence. Experience & Skills We’re Looking For Required skills include: Minimum of 3 years’ experience gained as a PA supporting senior leadership, ideally in an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently with all levels of the business. Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the CEO. Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional planning skills, including booking travel and hotels. Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision with a proactive can-do attitude. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Positive and helpful manner. Who Are We?
