The successful candidate will support the SENDCo and teaching staff with a focus on students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Under the direction of the SENDCo, the successful candidate will support students with day-to-day tasks in order for them to access the curriculum. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 3:45pm, including a 30-minute lunch break. All staff are expected to work alongside the teaching staff to be role models for our students, demonstrating the highest standards of teamwork, collaboration and respect.
