We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team permanently at our Brakes depot (part of Sysco GB) located in Warrington. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same and enjoy a role with plenty of variety, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and develop within a compliance-driven setting.
As the go-to person for our transport colleagues, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything running smoothly. From scheduling MOTs, services, and inspections to ensuring our compliance software (Convey) is up to date in line with Earned Recognition KPIs, you’ll be at the heart of fleet operations. You’ll also liaise with service providers, tackle vehicle issues, challenge VORs (Vehicle Off Road) and costs, and manage purchase orders through SAP. On top of that, you’ll build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and ongoing support for our transport operations.
We’re looking for someone with experience in fleet compliance or transport alongside solid IT skills with a confidence for picking up new systems (already being familiar with SAP or Convey would be of an advantage). Being organised, detail-focused, and proactive is key, as is the ability to communicate effectively and build great working relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Above all you will be someone who is customer-focused, professional, and eager to learn.
This is a great role that offers the opportunity for progression within a large organisation. In addition to a competitive monthly salary, 31 days annual leave (inc. statutory) and company pension, you can also look forward to the following benefits:
1. Wagestream – Access to an app that gives you early access to your earned salary and supports financial wellbeing
2. The option to purchase additional annual leave
3. Help at Hand - Access to 24/7 GP appointments, physiotherapy and a range of health and wellbeing services for you and your family
4. Life assurance
5. Access to Sysco Perks offering discounts across a wide range of products and services – from gym membership to your weekly supermarket shop
6. The ability to purchase our products at hugely discounted prices
7. Heavily subsidised colleague canteen
To enjoy the rewards of joining our supportive team, apply now.
Closing date 23/02/2025
