IT Service Desk Analyst - Cheltenham - Up to £30K doe
I'm seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to join a growing IT Team based in Cheltenham. You will work as part of a friendly, thriving IT team in a positive work environment. You will be responsible for supporting internal staff across a couple of sites around Gloucestershire. You will support the business across 1st and 2nd line IT issues, logging tickets, and repairing hardware issues.
Responsibilities for the IT Service Desk Analyst:
* O365 administration and Intune
* Windows o/s support
* Active Directory user management
* DNS, DHCP, LAN and WAN
* Driving licence
