We are looking for a Care Coordinator Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office.

About The Role
Location: Bangor Head Office
Salary: Up to £27,216 per annum, excluding monthly and annual bonuses, as well as private health insurance
Hours: full time flexible working required around shift patterns mon-fri, 9am – 5.30pm to include one evening a week 1pm-9pm and 1 early morning 7am-3pm (occasional weekends Sat or Sun 0700-1500 or 1200-2000, one in two)
Post will be based in Caremark Head Office Bangor.
Principal responsibilities
· Answering all incoming telephone enquiries.
· Processing new service user referrals.
· Preparing appropriate documentation for Field Care Supervisors.
· Permanent allocation of Care & Support Workers to all service user visits and ensuring all visits are covered.
· Maintaining computer systems up to date at all times.
· Ensuring all customer and Care & Support Worker documentation and electronic records are kept up to date at all times.
· To work closely with the Field Care Supervisors.
· To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures.
· Production of reports and management information as required.
Additional Information:
Essential: Good communication skills, good knowledge of use of Microsoft Office packages, ability to work under pressure, excellent organisation skills.
Desirable: Experience within the care industry, experience in developing rotas. Knowledge of the North Down area.
