Your Talent
* Preferably holds a degree in business, product or design
* Proven experience in buying, merchandising, retail or have product related background
* Awareness of current trend and our competitors
* Preferred previous management experience
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize own workload with proven administrative ability

Your Mission
* Responsible for the product ranges for all DTC channels (Ecommerce, Flagship and FOC). Building the seasonal strategies to deliver the seasonal targets and support the PUMA overarching brand strategy.
* Develop DTCs exclusive collections to differentiate from the rest for the UKI market (PUMA APP exclusives, FOC briefs, Flagship SMU).
* Lead & present the Global buy review from the product perspective. Present buy strategy, top franchises per RBU. Feedback on any missed opportunities.
* Work together with the Merchandising team to deliver the business targets (all KIPS) for all direct to consumer business (Net Sales, GM%, ROS, Sell Thru%).
* Collaborate with the Wholesale team to ensure a seamless approach to key marketing initiatives across the UKI and deliver the retail needs across ECOM & retail.
* Manage the DTC GTM plan across all channels and collaborate with the MVM & Content team to deliver the seasonal marketing & product initiatives throughout the season.
* Collaborate and support marketing on brand activation plans within the DTC channels.
* Responsible for product sell thru. Track key product franchises on a weekly basis: monitor WOH, work with content on weekly product push actions, gather and share info with the whs teams on important updates.
* Present and deliver weekly key product highlights to the DTC team & wider business. Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external market intelligence to make and drive trade decisions.
* Responsible for ensuring key products hit the market on-time.
* Support the purchasing team on order placement.
* Creating and delivering season documents for the wider team.
* Updating and maintaining all product documents and files to ensure all data is accurate and clear to external stakeholders.
* Any ad-hoc tasks or projects that may be needed.
