Rate of Pay: £12.35 - £15.77 per hour
Summary:
We are seeking an efficient and proactive HR Administrator to support our Learning and Organisational Development team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude. You will play a key role in supporting the teams day-to-day operations, training and development activities, and employee engagement events.
Responsibilities:
* Organise team diaries, book rooms, and coordinate scheduling logistics.
* Maintain and update internal systems and intranet pages.
* Process invoices and handle general administrative tasks.
* Manage the team inbox and shared calendar.
* Coordinate training courses and learning events, including sending invites, tracking attendance, and managing records.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player with a proactive and flexible approach.
