We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to take the reins and lead the property through pre-opening preparations and beyond. Your Impact As General Manager, you will: Lead the pre-opening phase, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the hotel’s successful launch. Develop and execute the business plan to achieve outstanding financial, operational, and guest satisfaction results. Act as the brand ambassador, ensuring the hotel aligns with Courtyard by Marriott’s global standards. Recruit, onboard, and lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Cultivate a culture of learning, development, and employee engagement, fostering a workplace where everyone thrives. Drive revenue and profitability through strategic commercial and operational decisions. Oversee guest experience, ensuring all feedback is actioned and the hotel maintains high satisfaction scores. Ensure compliance with all legal and brand requirements, including health and safety standards. Establish relationships with the local community, creating partnerships that benefit the hotel and its guests. Monitor and manage operational budgets to meet and exceed financial goals. Collaborate with the wider RBH team to implement company initiatives and share best practices. About You You’ll be a seasoned hospitality professional with: Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably with brand experience (Marriott experience is highly desirable). Strong pre-opening experience is advantageous. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. A commercial mindset, with a track record of driving revenue and managing budgets effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, rooms, and sales. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations. Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving, competitive environment. Familiarity with Marriott systems is a bonus.
