As a Learning Facilitator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the beginning of their journey, creating impactful and inspiring learning experiences that foster growth and development from day one. We’re looking for someone with boundless energy, drive, and passion to help others thrive.

Along with the inspiring work you’ll do, there will also be some administrative tasks involved as you help support our new starters for smooth integration and existing members as they embark on their learning journey. It’s all part of ensuring that every member of the team has the best experience.

What You’ll Own:
The majority of this role will focus on delivering engaging, high-impact learning sessions in a classroom setting:
1. Facilitating energising onboarding sessions for new joiners
2. Leading impactful learning sessions for our store supervisors
3. Collaborating with the L&D team to continuously enhance and refine our learning offerings, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
4. Coordinating the logistics of training events, ensuring smooth and seamless delivery.
Who You Are
1. An expert in learning and facilitation
2. 3+ years of experience in learning and facilitation

4. A voice of clarity and care, simplifying complex ideas and communicating them with empathy.
