Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Counter Manager to lead our team on the innovative brand that is Clinique.
Your passion for style and beauty, along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a beautiful cosmetics counter.
You will be working alongside one other team member whom you will enjoy mentoring and training, while also creating a harmonious workspace for all to grow and learn from.
You will have a passion for prestigious cosmetics products, while also demonstrating high levels of energy and enthusiasm, coupled with the motivation and commitment to achieve targets. You will be a self-starter with a high standard of personal presentation and a desire to provide outstanding customer service while embracing the positive culture that Ballantynes offers.
You will be adaptable and will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked.
Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.
Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
1. Cosmetic retail experience
2. Previous leadership experience
3. Reliable, confident and passionate about beauty
4. A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care
Additional Information
This position is 38 hours per week, working Tuesday to Saturday.
