We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
* Teach music theory, instrumental techniques, vocal skills, and music history to students of all ages.
* Organise and conduct individual and group lessons, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
* Prepare students for performances, examinations, and competitions as appropriate.
* Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
* Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum.
* Maintain an organised classroom environment that promotes creativity and learning.
* Participate in school events, concerts, and community outreach programmes to promote the music programme.
Experience
* A degree in Music Education or a related field is preferred.
* Previous teaching experience in a school setting or private studio is advantageous.
* Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal training is essential.
* Strong understanding of various musical genres and teaching methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
* Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching music are key attributes for success in this role.
