What You'll Do
As a Marketing & Digital Assistant, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will:
* Social Media & Digital Marketing
o Manage and grow the company's presence on social media, creating engaging content and analysing engagement.
o Assist with paid social media campaigns and website content updates to improve SEO.
* Content & Collateral Production
o Create a variety of marketing materials, including posters, brochures, graphics, and video content.
o Lead the production and distribution of the company's newsletter magazine.
o Write and schedule blog posts, news releases, and email campaigns.
* Events & Promotion
o Plan, promote, and support both live and digital events across multiple platforms.
o Coordinate event logistics and promotional materials to maximise visibility.
* Brand & Reputation Management
o Monitor and respond to online reviews on client and employee platforms.
o Order and manage promotional materials and branded products.
o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing content.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in content production (personal or professional).
* Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail and proficiency in note-taking.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
* Basic proficiency in Excel, WordPress, and editing tools.
* Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
* Personable and able to build positive professional relationships.
Desirable:
* Experience with design software such as Canva or Adobe InDesign.
* Video editing skills.
* Basic knowledge of SEO and HTML.
