Client Details Our client are a leading, large-sized organisation in the property sector. With a robust presence across the UK, the company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail in all of its operations. Description The key responsibilities of a Credit Controller will include: Manage customer credit files and perform credit checks. Monitor and pursue overdue accounts. Consistently update and maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to implement effective recovery strategies. Provide regular reports on collection activity and customer account status. Liaise with customers to resolve billing and payment issues. Adhere to all legal and company regulations regarding debt collection. Contribute to the overall financial performance of the company in the industry. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A minimum of 2 years experience working in Credit Control. Strong knowledge of credit control practices and procedures. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and proficient in Word and Excel. Excellent communication and written skills. A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
