Following up leads over email Answering any queries about the service or company Aiming to attract relevant organisations to promote their businesses within the range of healthcare publications. Understanding customer requirements with a view to closing sales About you: At least 1 years of sales experience. Solid work history within customer service Previous experience working within a busy office environment Excellent telephone manner Strong communication skills Good skills with the MS packages - Word, Outlook, Excel Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills Motivational to work alone or as part of a team. Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements. Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
