Job Description
As a Live-In Carer at Home Instead, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients maintain their independence and comfort within their own homes. You'll provide personalized, compassionate care tailored to each client's unique needs, promoting their dignity, well-being, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Care Support : Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their hygiene and dignity are respected.
* Medication Management : Oversee and administer medications, helping clients stay on track with their prescribed regimens.
* Emotional Care : Offer companionship and engage clients in activities that boost their emotional well-being and enrich their day-to-day life.
* Meal Preparation : Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals tailored to the client's dietary requirements and preferences.
* Household Tasks : Provide light housekeeping, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and clean home environment.
* Mobility Support : Assist clients with mobility, including the use of aids and supporting transitions between positions (e.g., from bed to chair).
* Collaborative Care : Coordinate with healthcare professionals, care managers, and family members to implement personalized care plans.
* Health Monitoring : Keep track of clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to care managers or medical professionals.
* Emergency Response : Be prepared to handle emergencies, deliver first aid, and contact the appropriate services when needed.

Qualifications
About You:
