Your new role
Due to a growing order book, they are now looking for a Site Manager on a scheme in Cambridge, involving the refurbishment of student accommodation.
Key duties include:
1. Manage day-to-day operations on site.
2. Coordinate with the Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
5. Resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
6. Maintain high standards of work and quality control.
7. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
